So how does Partij voor de Dieren get their voters into that booth during the EU elections?
INSIGHT
Scooping up dog shit 3 times a day, stepping in fur balls first thing in the morning, and sharing their beds with a drooling 4 legged roommate, animal lovers already do so many things out of love for their animals.
Going out and voting for Partij voor de Dieren is just a simple thing they can’t forget.
IDEA
Showing all the funny and weird things people already do for the love of their animals, to remind them of one important act that is luckily less gross, annoying and intense: Voting for Partij voor de Dieren.
EXECUTION
A series of quick and relatable social videos each dedicated to one of the struggles of loving your pets.
Every video is focused on a different sacrifice we make for love, but they all end in the same message. You already do so much for love, what’s one more thing?
Using the already viral song ‘What You Won’t Do For Love’ by Bobby Caldwell that perfectly emphasizes the message. Making the tone of the videos light and humorous.
Voters ended up sending their own video's to join in on the campaign. This with a filter for TikTok and Instagram involves potential voters in the campaign. In the 'This or That' game they choose between a gross act of animal love, or voting PVDD. That choice is easily made right?
